Accommodation
Ardenlea is a stone built lower villa offering the perfect balance of traditional comfort and modern convenience. Refurbishment has left the accommodation in excellent condition – with double-glazing, central heating and modern kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.There’s room for 6 to 8 people – with a double bedroom, two twin rooms and a double sofa-bed in the dining room. There’s also a spacious lounge with a bay window offering fantastic views, coupled with a large kitchen complete with modern conveniences.
The front garden overlooks the pebble shore, while the south-facing rear garden is a large, yet enclosed space giving access to the High Road, where you can catch a local bus to Rothesay and beyond.
All accommodation is on ground level, with easy access both front and rear. Prices include all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity.
Pets are generally welcome provided prior arrangements have been discussed. Ardenlea is a non-smoking environment.
